Let me tell you, it was quite an experience. The package was pretty ordinary looking - nothing to raise any eyebrows.
To test the waters, I decided to head to the ATM first. Slipped in the note, and voila, balance up. No flashing lights or alarms, just a regular day at the ATM.
Next, I figured I'd try my luck at the grocery store. Same story there - the cash worked just fine. The cashier gave me a receipt and change, and that was that.
Now, I haven't visited a bank yet, so that's a story for another day. But as far as the ATM and grocery store go, everything worked out.
